There's not always a happy ending....

Not all endings in the plant world are happy!! Our 2005 Komatsu PC1250SP-7 was recently returned to our yard in a very sorry state!

Let there be light!

Always keen to play their part in the local community and great supporters of the game played with the odd shaped ball! Chepstow Plant Services are proud to sponsor their local rugby club – Abercarn RFC

Merry Christmas

Finding solutions!

Chepstow Plant Services were approached by a potential customer to deliver a block handling solution for a large quarry in Kazakhstan.

Time off for a good cause!

When Jon said he needed time off for practice and it was all in a good cause we had to trust him!!  What we didn’t know was that it was going to involve driving all-round the country, climbing mountains (and the odd pint here and there).  In the guise of ‘practice’ (Sian and Sandie suspect a better description would be boys at play!) Jon, Al, Dave and Carl set off to tackle the three highest peaks in Scotland (Ben Nevis), England (Scafell Pike) and Wales (Snowdon).

Meet the team!

The Chepstow Plant Services team that will conquer the three peaks in aid of TENOVUS on the 5th July 2013 are ready for action! An amazing charity that is close to all of our hearts - The Tenovus aims are simple: to help prevent, treat and find a cure for cancer. They offer support, advice and treatment for cancer patients, information on cancer prevention and funding for research to improve the outcomes for people with cancer.

And so it begins

Tomorrow the Chepstow Plant Services Three Peaks team begin one of the toughest physical challenges they will face and all are eager to get going – Are they mad?  Today challenge is to get them all safe and sound to Scotland!  So up the motorway we go, collection boxes on hand!

Dudes, Diggers and Mountains were off!

5th July (2013) saw the team of Chepstow Plant Services employees, business colleges, friends and family embark on the fearsome 3 peaks challenge.  The team of 14 people began the climb of the 3 largest peaks in Scotland, England & Wales within 24 hours - they were the Dudes!  All in aid of Tenovus!

The challenge continued

In aid of the Charity Tenovus, the three peaks challenge continued through the night for the Chepstow Plant Services team – Dudes, Diggers and Mountains!  After ensuring the walkers had been properly nourished the gruelling drive from Scotland’s Ben Nevis peak to Scarfell in England began late on Friday the 5th July, it was the drivers turn to begin their challenge!
